Robert E. Pluckebaum

Robert E. Pluckebaum, age 96, longtime resident of Lyons, passed away August 2, 2022.  Beloved husband of Dorothy, nee Trobl for 73 years;  cherished father of the late Rosemarie; dearest brother of the late Edward (the late Mary); loving uncle and great uncle of many.

Robert was an avid horseshoe player and was passionate about Disney.  He served in the army during WWII and received numerous medals including a bronze battle star.  He was a kind and generous man that always showed his love to others.  Robert was deeply loved by all who knew him.  He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 6th, 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul VI Parish / St. Mary Church, 105 Herrick Road, Riverside.  The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed, please click here to view the Mass.

Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Garden West Cemetery.
