Maureen C. Crain

Maureen C. Crain, nee Boyle, age 69, of New Lenox, formerly of Orland Park, Burbank and Chicago.  Beloved wife of the late Thomas; loving mother of Tommy (Julie), Jeffrey (Dina) and the late Danny; cherished grandmother of Amanda, Emily, Tommy, Alexis, Alex and Kaylin; dearest sister of Hugh (Jill) and the late Thomas Boyle; and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Maureen’s greatest joy was time spent with her family.  Raising her children was always her first priority even throughout her working years for Beatty Lumber, where she worked for more than 40 years.  Maureen was delighted when she became a grandmother and took tremendous pride in her grandchildren.  She enjoyed traveling and was a great lover of animals, especially kitties.  She will be truly missed by her feline companion, Meow Meow.  For their outstanding care and support, the family will be forever grateful to Palos Community Hospital Hospice.
