Linda M. (Klinger) Jaroszewski

Linda M. Jaroszewski, nee Klinger, 62, of Hickory Hills, passed away suddenly January 1, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Jon; faithful companion and friend of Richard “Lou” Lewis; loving mother of the late William “Bill”; cherished grandmother of Logan; devoted daughter of the late Frederick Klinger Sr. and the late Patricia (the late Bob) Wokeck and daughter in law of Mary and the late William Jaroszewski Sr.;  dearest sister of Fred Jr. (Carla) Klinger, Caryl (Dave) Simandl, Debbie (Jeff) Schneider and the late Don Sr. (Tashy) Klinger; generous and caring aunt of Don Jr. (Alicia) Klinger, Stephen Klinger, Shannon (Lupe) Rojas, Christopher (Jackie) Klinger, Pete Rombakis, Ryan (Jade) Klinger, Tracey (Dan) Korenchan, Courtney and  Marcus Schneider, Carlene (John) Yanez, Art (Stephanie) Lehman and Krista and Katie Simandl and great aunt of many; treasured niece of Ronald (the late Susan) Bantz, Barbara (Frank) Anello and the late George (the late Rita) and Richard Klinger; fond cousin of many.

Linda was a kind and generous person who took tremendous delight in giving to others.  Family meant everything to her.  Her grandson Logan was her greatest joy and she simply could not contain her immense pride for him.  Linda also enjoyed playing solitaire and slot machines and in recent years discovered the new activity of fishing that she found to be a fun challenge and took every opportunity available to get out on the boat to cast her fishing line.  Linda’s love of shopping was not stifled by the coming of Amazon.  She likely became one of their top customers when she found the ease in which she could shop for anything from anywhere.  Linda was a real fighter who was deeply loved by all who knew her.  She will be profoundly missed and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 12:00 Noon until time of Funeral Service at 5:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home,11333 South Central Ave, Oak Lawn.  Inurnment private at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice where Linda will be laid to rest with her beloved son, Bill.
