Briana Estebania Samano

Briana Estebania Samano, 18, lifelong of Chicago, passed away September 30, 2022.  Beloved daughter of Pedro and Jeanette Estebania, nee Rodriguez; loving sister of Raul, Samira, Cheyenne and Christian; cherished granddaughter of Sonia and Jose Cruz and the late Carmen Guzman and Jose Samano; dearest niece, cousin and friend of many.  Briana will be deeply missed by all who knew her, including her devoted dog, Mamas.

Briana was a graduate of Curie High School and had been attending St. Xavier University, College of Education where she was studying Early Childhood Development and Education.  She was an outstanding student, always on the honor roll and earning many achievements throughout her life.  She looked forward to following in her mother’s footsteps for her future career.  Briana had a great talent and passion for dance and had been dancing since the early age of 15 months.  She took great pride and enjoyment in teaching the little children about God at Sunday School and teaching them to dance as well as choreographing their dance performances.   Briana was also a gymnast and swimmer and excelled in both sports.  As a professional model, her beauty went far beyond the physical.  Her kindness and support of others showed her deep beauty within.

Visitation Monday, October 10, 2022, 3:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at M. Martinez Funeral Home, 5800 W. 63rd St., Chicago.  Interment private.

Briana Estebania Samano, de 18 años, de chicago de toda la vida, falleció el 30 de septiembre de 2022. Hija predilecta de Pedro y Jeanette Estebania, de soltera Rodríguez; hermana amorosa de Raúl, Samira, Cheyenne y Christian; querida nieta de Sonia y José Cruz y las fallecidas Carmen Guzmán y José Samano; querida sobrina, prima y amiga de muchos. Briana será profundamente extrañada por todos los que la conocieron, incluida su devota perra, Mamas.

Briana se graduó de Curie High School y había estado asistiendo a la Universidad de St. Xavier, Facultad de Educación, donde estudiaba Desarrollo y Educación de la Primera Infancia. Fue una estudiante sobresaliente, siempre en el cuadro de honor y ganando muchos logros a lo largo de su vida. Esperaba seguir los pasos de su madre para su futura carrera. Briana tenía un gran talento y pasión por la danza y había estado bailando desde la temprana edad de 15 meses. Ella se enorgullecía y disfrutaba mucho de enseñar a los niños pequeños acerca de Dios en la Escuela Dominical y enseñarles a bailar, así como coreografiar sus actuaciones de danza. Briana también fue gimnasta y nadadora y sobresalió en ambos deportes. Como modelo profesional, su belleza fue mucho más allá de lo físico. Su amabilidad y apoyo a los demás mostraron su profunda belleza interior.
