A cherished member of the Hispanic community, Bonifacio's spirit was intertwined with his American Indian Navajo roots, resonating a unique blend of cultures that enriched his being.
Bonifacio's life was filled with compassion and generosity. A man of deep faith, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus and found solace in his religious devotion. Known for his warm heart and kind spirit, Bonifacio was always quick to lend a helping hand and brought joy to those around him.
An avid outdoorsman, Bonifacio found peace in the beauty of nature, particularly enjoying fishing and camping adventures. His love for animals was evident in his gentle demeanor and caring nature towards all creatures, big and small.
In his professional life, Bonifacio worked as a foreman in the manufacturing industry, showcasing his strong work ethic and leadership skills. Through his dedication and hard work, he made a lasting impact on those he worked with and left a legacy of excellence.
Bonifacio is survived by his sons Terrill McWilliams-Bocanegra, Bonifacio Bocanegra Jr., and Enrique "Juan" Bocanegra. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fernando and Elodia Bocanegra; a daughter, Rosa Ana Bocanegra and many siblings.
