Bernadette L. (Sammons) Arcara

Bernadette “Bunny” Arcara, nee Sammons, age 74, passed away November 26, 2023.  Beloved wife of Joseph; loving mother of Joseph and Anthony; cherished grandmother of Annabella; dearest sister of Sally and Mike (Karen) Sammons; treasured aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Bunny was a talented florist who had flair for creativity and was genuinely loved by everyone she met.  She lived for Christmas and had dozens of storage boxes with all of her Christmas decorations.  She usually put up anywhere from 5 to 7 Christmas trees in the house and found the greatest delight in decorating every nook and cranny of her home for the special holiday.  While Bunny was small in stature, her heart was mighty.  She was a warm and loving person who was always there for her family and many friends, all of which she loved dearly.  Bunny was truly adored by everyone.  She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.   Interment private.
